ON SITE shredding gives you the opportunity to complete the destruction operation in minutes – with you watching – if you desire – on the shredding trucks closed-circuit television.

OFF-SITE shredding commences with Papersmith’s trucks delivering the product to the secured warehouse at Papersmith Plaza. Upon completion of shredding, a Certificate of Destruction is mailed to you. The price advantage of off-site shredding is approximately 10%.

Scheduled On-site Secured Container Shredding
Based on your paper volume, we will provide you with FREE locked containers and a regular schedule to provide shredding services on a weekly, every other week, monthly, or ninety day basis. Prices are absolutely guaranteed to be 15% less than any other price in South Florida.

Non-Scheduled On-site Secured Container Shredding
We call it our 20/20 Club. Clients needing locked secured containers, but believing that they only need infrequent service, pay only $20 monthly to have a locked secured container. The client at any time can call for a service visit when the container is full and they will be charged an additional $20 for the service visit plus fuel.

Clean Out Of Files
We call it a PURGE! When the required time for stored records has passed, or old files consuming expensive filing space, or you are relocating and there is no sense taking old records with you, or you have been storing boxes of records in a rented storage room – NOW is the time to PURGE – clean it out!

Papersmith offers next day service for any PURGE. No PURGE is too small or too large for Papersmith. Papersmith absolutely guarantees its price for this service will be at least 15% less than any other quotation.

If old records are to be pulled off filing shelves, Papersmith will deliver you free 66 gallon bins – toss your old files into the bins and Papersmith will pick up the bins the following week.
If old records are in boxes on the shelves, simply call Papersmith to shred the boxes. Don’t do any heavy lifting. Just mark which boxes are to be destroyed and our security guards will lift them down.

No need to sort through the boxes. Papersmith shreds everything! No need to remove paper clips, staples, binder clips, or other fasteners.
On completion, Papersmith security guards give you a signed, dated Certificate of Destruction to show that you have complied with federal laws.

Papersmith provides FREE locked security bins or office consoles to our clients.

Papersmith’s security guards recover the locked containers on a regular schedule, replaces the full container with a new empty locked container, and takes the full container, still locked, out to the curbside to a Papersmith’s state-of-the-art new mobile shredding truck.

The mechanical arms of the truck lift the full container and dump the contents automatically into the truck’s shredder. The shredder blows the confetti of the shredded material into the back of the truck to mix in with three tons of other confetti.

Neither human eyes nor hands saw or touched the confidential contents.

The client, if he desires, may watch the entire shredding process on the truck’s closed circuit television.
The security guard gives the client a Certificate of Destruction – signed and dated as evidence that all material containing personal identity information has been handled in accordance with the federal law.
