Papersmith’s retrieval software program bar codes the boxes, then files them.  Any box, or any file within a box can be redelivered to the client, if needed, on same day notice.

When Papersmith receives notification a box can be destroyed, Papersmith Mobile Secured Shredding LLC shreds the material, delivers the confetti to the papermill and issues the client a signed and dated Certificate of Destruction to show that you have complied with federal law.
